  • Submit a Ticket: Click on the “Submit a Ticket” option to provide us with details about your issue, and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Support Chat: For immediate assistance, use the "Chat with Us" feature, located in the bottom right corner of our portal. You will first be assisted by Blockbot, our AI virtual assistant, which provides multilingual support and can resolve most questions or technical inquiries. If further support is needed, Blockbot will automatically create a ticket for additional assistance from our Support Team.
