Windows boot time collection

To gather boot time information, we have these prerequisites:

• Our service account needs access to the log: %systemroot%\System32\winevt\Logs\Microsoft-Windows-Diagnostics-Performance%4Operational.evtx

• The endpoint has to be running Windows Vista or higher
