Troubleshooting Issues with the Support Portal

If you are experiencing issues with the Support Portal (for example: clicking a button and nothing happens, the page does not load properly, or you cannot confirm a meeting), these problems are often related to browser or connection settings.

Before opening a ticket, please try the following steps:

  1. Check your internet connection

    • Make sure you are connected to a stable network.

    • Try reloading the page or opening another website to confirm connectivity.

  2. Refresh the page

    • Use a hard refresh: Ctrl + F5 (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac).

  3. Try a different browser

    • Sometimes switching to another browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Firefox) helps resolve the issue.

  4. Clear cache and cookies

    • Old cached data may prevent the portal from loading properly.

  5. Check browser extensions and blockers

    • Ad blockers, pop-up blockers, or other extensions may interfere with page functions.

  6. Review security software settings
