SaaS Usage
This page provides insights into software utilization across different publishers and products, helping organizations track active users and identify sanctioned versus unsanctioned applications.
At the top, the Active User Count by Publisher chart displays the number of active users for various publishers over the last 30 days. Each publisher is represented by a distinct color in the bar chart, with the active user counts visually compared. The “Other” category aggregates smaller publishers. This data helps identify the most used software, aiding in license optimization and compliance management.

The table provides a granular breakdown of software usage.
The Publisher column lists the software vendors.
The Product column names each specific application,
The Category classifies them into product types.
The User Count column shows the number of active users for each product.
The Cost column presents the associated total estimated expense of each product, helping to track software spending.
The table includes sorting and filtering options for easy analysis and an “CSV Export” button that allows users to download the data for further review. Pagination at the bottom indicates that additional data is available across multiple pages.
