Estimated Annual Savings and Total Annual Cost
At the top of the Licensing section, two cards provide high-level financial metrics:
- Estimated Annual Savings displays potential cost savings by optimizing or eliminating unused licenses.
- Total Annual Cost shows the total expenditure on SaaS licenses across all publishers.

This detailed bar chart breaks down the total cost per year by publisher. It provides a side-by-side comparison of:

Recoverable Cost shown in green bars, indicating potential savings from unused or underutilized licenses.
At the bottom of the page, a summary of major software vendors is presented in individual cards, showcasing:

Publisher Overview
Metrics (Upper Portion)
Estimated Annual Cost: Displays the total cost of Microsoft licenses for the organization.
Recoverable Cost: Indicates the potential savings if unused or underutilized licenses are reclaimed.
Commercial Licenses Table Metrics
This table provides a detailed view of software license usage and costs for different Microsoft SKUs:
Product Name: Identifies each license type in the system in the form of product names.
Entitled Quantity: The number of licenses the organization is entitled to use.
Assigned Quantity: The number of licenses that are actively in use.
Recoverable Quantity: The number of unused licenses that could be recovered to reduce costs.
Total Cost: The overall expense for each SKU.
Recoverable Cost: The estimated financial savings if recoverable licenses are decommissioned.
