How we calculate the Externally Vulnerable Drives/Sites Insight and why might it be empty
How do we calculate this Insight?
Block 64 can connect into a customer's SharePoint and OneDrive environments. This enables Block 64 to gather a list of SharePoint sites, OneDrive drives, the number of files in each site or drive, sensitivity labels being deployed, and internal and external shares of each drive and site.
A site or drive is considered to be “Externally Vulnerable” if it is shared with an external user.
Why might this Insight be empty or missing data?
This data is gathered by enabling the SharePoint and OneDrive integration. If no data is being shown, first confirm that this integration is enabled. Data from this service can take up to 3 days to be fully gathered. If the integration is enabled and no data is populated, please raise a support ticket with our success team and they can provide troubleshooting support.
