From the left menu, go to **Cloud Reports \> Microsoft 365 \> Manager**. Make sure you have already authorized Microsoft 365 data collection using a global administrator credential. You will see the global administrator account under the **directory collection** area in analytical portal if you have authorized it. If you haven’t completed this step, please refer to the help article – [How to add your M365 account in the Combine](https://support.block64.com/how-to-add-your-m365-account-in-the-combine?hsLang=en)for instructions on how to authorize our application to collect the M365 report data. ![](https://support.block64.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-16-2025-06-30-00-5776-PM.png?width=940&height=601&name=image-png-May-16-2025-06-30-00-5776-PM.png) Once you confirm that Microsoft 365 data collection authorization is completed successfully, scroll down to the **OneDrive and SharePoint Collection** section and click on the **Grant Admin Consent button**. This will take you to the Microsoft 365 login page, where you need to log in with the same credentials used to authorize Microsoft 365 data collection. Once logged in, an authorization pop-up will appear, providing you information on what data is being collected.
