The Lifecycle & Supportability report presents both visual and tabular breakdowns of outdated operating systems and applications across the organization.

This report can be found in the following path: 
Reports > Security > Endpoint Security > Lifecycle & Supportability

At the top of the report, the following key metrics are highlighted:

  • Total Outdated Versions – The total number of outdated software versions detected.

  • Outdated Major Versions – The number of significantly outdated versions requiring immediate updates.

  • Outdated Minor Versions – The number of minor outdated versions that may still require patching.

The bar chart visualization further breaks down outdated versions by software publisher, categorized into:

    • Major Versions (red)

    • Minor Versions (yellow)

    • Patches (gray)

What Can Be Found in the Report

The detailed data section provides a sortable table with the following columns:

  • Publisher – The software vendor or “No Publisher Listed” if unavailable.

  • Product – The specific OS or application being monitored.

  • Latest Version – The most current version available from the vendor.

  • Outdated Major Versions – The number of endpoints running significantly outdated versions.

  • Outdated Minor Versions – The number of endpoints running minor outdated versions.


Additional features include:

  • Filters and Columns controls – Refine or customize the displayed data.

  • CSV Export – Extract data for further analysis and reporting.
