Combine: Microsoft 365 Domains Report
The Microsoft 365 Domains Report provides visibility into the domains configured in your Microsoft 365 tenant and the distribution of users across those domains. This helps IT teams verify domain configuration, identify user concentration, and audit whether the correct domain is set as default.
1. Report Overview
The report consists of two sections:
-
Users Per Domain (Chart): A pie chart showing the percentage of users assigned to each domain.
-
Domains Table: A detailed list of all domains in the tenant, their properties, and the number of users associated with each one.
2. Users Per Domain (Chart)
-
Each color represents a domain registered in Microsoft 365.
-
The percentage displayed indicates the proportion of users tied to that domain.
-
Example:
-
example.com
→ 34.5% of users -
example.net
→ 33.1% -
example.org
→ 32.4%
