Block 64 Discovery Application: Update Error (Stuck on Starting Service screen)
In case the application has recently been updated and it is on version 4.10 and stuck on the following screen:

Try to completely close the application on the system tray:

And manually restart the Block 64 Discovery Service:

If the following message appears, you should be required to uninstall and reinstall the application:
