Activation code not received: Forced SSL Inspection

Why is this error occurring?

During the deployment of our Block 64 Discovery Application you may encounter an issue where the activation code is not being triggered to your inbox. 

This can be caused by a rejection of a self-signed SSL certificate

Typically, a firewall that has forced SSL Inspection on endpoint outbound communication will cause this rejection from our Combine portal. 

How do I resolve this issue?

Depending on the manufacturer of your firewall, there will be different configuration steps to allow the host-machine to bypass the SSL Inspection.

Please refer to your manufacturer-specific documentation to provide a guide to bypass the SSL Inspection for the host-machine.
